CREW CHANGES
AIRPORT TRANSFERS: Our team can make arrangements to meet the crew at the airport and convey them to the port, hotel or launch station (passing the necessary immigration procedures) at any time (24/7).
VOA (Visa On Arrival): In order ensure the smoothest transit for your crew we can pre-arrange all the requirements needed to have their Visas ready on arrival. All documents must be received and issued at least 48 hrs. prior arrival.
EXIT TRANSIT VISAS: We can arrange for seafarers to obtain their exit visas for a smooth trip home. Hotel accommodation and all necessary transport can also be arranged from our side.
CREW MEDICAL SERVICES: In the event of medical assistance, we will ensure your crew receive the best care available in a timely manner.
HOTEL ACCOMMODATION: We work with a range of hotels in each port to ensure your crew are comfortable in transit to or from their ship.
SPARES
CUSTOMS CLEARANCE: We can prepare the necessary means for spares / goods to be custom cleared on the same day of arrival.
TRANSPORTATION & DELIVERY ONBOARD: Once goods have been cleared at customs, we will ensure the goods are delivered safely on board, be it at anchorage or a/side.
FORWARDING: We can ensure that any landed goods, from on board or any local source, are directed to the requested destination and arrive in a timely manner, always according to in force regulations.
